Are Products Guaranteed / Is There A Warranty?
All products offered by Orange-techs come with 12-month warranty. If there is any problem under warranty, you will get repair or refund that depends on the concrete condition. The return shipping fee will be 50%/50% for both side.

To maintain quality control we do personally inspect for each item prior to shipment. All items are 100% new and inspected.
1.We guarantee 100% customer satisfaction. If your item is not as described or faulty when you receive it we will replace it for you with no additional charge.
2. Many sellers supply grey market, We guarantee that our products are brand new, official and first-class quality.

 1 . We will arrange delivery within valid time when your payment verified.
2 . We only ship to the address of your order. The delivery usually takes about  3-7 working days by UPS,EMS,DHL.FEDEX.
3 . We don't suggest HK/China post air mail/parcel,if you still want to choose it ,you will get goods in 1 month or more than 1 month.
4.We will not be responsible for any delay during delivery for customs package checking,strike,force majeure,etc;We are also not be responsible for any damages during delivery,because the goods will be out of our control after sending out.
5.The TAX depends on the rules of your local Customs . What we can do is to declare it as a GIFT with a lower value. This lower price doesnot relect the real total price you paid. Any import charges or fees are the buyer's responsibility.
